Met a cousin here for a long overdue treat. Zeno's has been a go-to in our family for decades, spanning two centuries. Taco Pizza. What is the point in posting another glorious pic of this pie. If you don't know it, go try it. What're ya waitn' for? Another dozen reviews? Go, now!

Zeno's does pizza the right way. Fresh ingredients, more sauce than most others, and pleasantly prompt service. The atmosphere is dark, but that is part of the charm, from an era when the times were simpler.

Grew up eating at zeno's all my life.moved out of state 10 years ago came back for a visit. First thing I wanted was a zeno's pizza how much I have missed it under new owners but still the best pizza around I'm glad they are keeping the klucks tradition going & keeping zeno's going great for years to come for generations to come to enjoy the best pizza around

Every time I roll into Iowa, there's one stop that’s non-negotiable: this pizza place! It was my grandpa’s absolute favorite, and honestly, I get why ... the service is always top-notch, and the pizza? Totally hits the spot. It’s kind of a tradition now, and I’m not mad about it!

Great pizza establishment in Marshalltown that has been around for decades. Service was fast and friendly. The waiter or waitress leaves a small placard with their name, and our waiter (Tim) checked back often. We had the cheese bread as an appetizer...soft hot pizza dough with a garlic butter sauce and provolone cheese. It was delicious and the perfect start to the meal. My wife and I did a half all veggie, BBQ brisket pizza. The veggie side was loaded with fresh veggies and (despite my best intentions to not try it) was very good. The BBQ brisket side was excellent...i was afraid the sauce base would be BBQ, thus making the BBQ too overwhelming. The sauce was Zeno's delicious red italian puzza sauce, and the BBQ was a sirracha BBQ that was drizzled on top. Perfect combination in my opinion, and it was great. I think the brisket (thin sliced) was pre-packaged...I am not sure so if that is important to you, be sure to ask. It was good nonetheless. The pizza crust and sauce though...that made the pizza. The crust was thin and crispy the whole way through, and the pizza sauce was applied generously, but not so much that the toppings slide off. Great experience all around. My wife and I got a medium pizza and between it and the cheese bread we had leftovers. Atmosphere was old-timey but really clean. The wooden booths looked like something out of an old restaurant, but were pretty cool. Would recommend this to anyone (look up the hours, they are only open for dinner).

Hands down the best pizza in Marshalltown, Iowa. What I also love is the big meeting rooms. I had my 18 year old's graduation party there. Everyone had a great time, the waitress was amazing too.!

Great food, great service, good price, and great atmosphere. I always visit the establishment while visiting Marshalltown.

This may legitimately be THE best pizza in Iowa. Between the service and food, it's no surprise that Zeno's is a staple in Marshalltown! I hope they're around for another 100 years at least so that I can stop in whenever I'm in town. Or more specifically, I hope I'm able to visit Marshalltown again SPECIFICALLY to come back to Zeno's.
